Established in 2005, LDMarketing is a small consulting firm. Owner Linda Mathiasen has 25 years of experience in communications and change management. She has propelled numerous organizations forward by helping them set clear, strategic goals with repeatable processes.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education along with a Master Certificate in Business Communications from University of St. Thomas. Her why is making a difference by facilitating diverse groups and providing strategic planning and process improvement using qualitative and quantitative analysis. Linda brings a change management lens that was acquired early on in her career by leading teams using Lean/Six Sigma/Quality Management principles and continued this as a consultant and an adjunct instructor for customized training.
