Established in 2005, LDMarketing is dedicated to responding to the latest challenges of businesses, government entities, and nonprofit organizations. Our dynamic approach to client relationships, 'Making your mission, my mission,' is a precursor to today's fractional consulting. Owner Linda Mathiasen has secured over $10.23 million in government grants, led fundraising efforts exceeding $500,000, and achieved substantial growth in annual operating budgets. Her diverse background provides the expertise necessary to effectively navigate government processes and bring projects forward for the betterment of future generations.

Our Services
Our why is making a difference by facilitating diverse groups and providing strategic planning and process improvement using qualitative and quantitative analysis. Linda Mathiasen brings a change management lens that was acquired early on in her career by leading teams using Lean/Six Sigma/Quality Management principles and continued this as a consultant and an adjunct instructor for customized training. She is a people person and bridge builder, inquisitive, and highly organized.
- Private sector: We work with small businesses looking to achieve culture change, desire implementation assistance of process improvements and customized organizational training, and need support for effective internal communications.
- Nonprofits: We work with executive directors and board members to strategize, evaluate, and fundraise to meet their missions and provide impactful programming. As a marketer and interim director, we smooth operations, identify communication priorities, and plan engagement events.
- Public sector: We work with cities, counties and regions who need additional support on specific projects, strategic planning, grant writing, reporting, and public relations.
